You have to check NIOS or open schooling for the same. Universities will offer courses from bachelor degree onwards. For distance education after your 10+2 you may consider Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), Yashwantrao C Maharashtra Open University (YCMOU), Maulana Azad National Urdu University, Dr. B R Ambedkar Open University, etc. Also check UGC website for a list of approved distance education universities in India.

Options are B.Tech or BE in CSE, ME, EEE, etc. depending on your interest. If you are not too strong in quants go for a B.Sc degree with honours in either physics or chemistry or you can consider BCA, B.Sc IT, B.Sc CS, B.Com, B.Sc-LLB, B.Arch, etc.
