Yes, you can get a highly paid job without doing M.Tech also. For that, you need to study in top institutes like IITs, BITS Pilani etc. there the salary packages are really high compared to other colleges. Above all, even if you study in a top ranking college, you need to be highly skilled and updated to be better than your counterparts so that you can stand unique which will eventually lead you to a good company with a high salary.
