Take the average of all semester marks to date. That would give you a fair idea. CGPA won't be of much use here since the requirement stated is in terms of percentage.

As per your rank, your chances are nil for getting any branch in BIT,Sindri. However, you may get any good branches in UCET Hazaribagh, so you can look forward for this if you want a cheaper college.
