With this rank, you may get IEM ECE if you go up to the 3rd counselling. Else, you will get Heritage. Both of them are one of the best colleges in Bengal. Also, I will suggest you go for the private colleges only as the government colleges (except Jadavpur University) are in very bad condition (infrastructure, placement, locations, etc.). Also, if you are taking admission in private colleges go for only ECE, CS or IT branch. As the condition of core branches are really bad. If your location is your priority, I would suggest google some of the good universities which accepts JEE Mains marks. Though, moving out of your location, you can get any NIT accepts top 4 or 5. Some better suggestions are BIT-Mesra, NIT-Bhopal, NIT-Durgapur, NIT-Kurukshetra, NIT-Raipur.
