Hi Kiran,
Every college has a different admission criteria. Some conduct their own entrance exam, while others might accept ISAT and CLAT score. You will have to check that with the college where you wish to take admission in.

CS is the study of principles of computing and how computers solve problems like algorithm, artificial intelligence, robotics, database etc. IT deals with installation, development and implementation of computer systems and applications. Both options are good, it would depend on the college.
If you have to choose from the same college then see what excites you more- the design of computers and computing systems, or using computers to solve information management requirements of the organisation.

Dear Santhosh,
Happy to help.
Aeronautical engineering is deemed to be a great branch and has vast scope in the future. But here there is a contradiction about the performance. If you are really a fast learner and aspiring a job in skill based. It's a bit difficult. I want to include some points that after pursuing BE in Aeronautical Engineering, you may not surely go for aeronautical engineering but you can opt for other government services.
Hope this helps.

You should choose mechanical from Northern India Engineering College because it has wider opportunities.
The college has an internal society of mechanical students, which actively participates in competitions.
The crowd is also awesome.
The labs are also well-equipped and you will access a proper space for your practical work.
Last year, mechanical branch's package went high too. You would love to be a NIECian.

NMAMIT. You have to choose this because of the following reasons:
1. Beautiful Environment
Surrounded by western ghats and good places nearby NMAMIT has one of the good environment like similar to that of IIT-Bombay.
2. Good Students (especially localites)
Localites coming from CET, generally, are exceptionally good in studies, you can easily get notes and doubts being solved by them and clear the exam.
3. Decent Faculty and Autonomous Syllabus
I do not say all faculty members are great as one of them was a disaster in engineering graphics for me in my first year. But, in general, if you compare it to all the colleges which are Non-IIT or NI
