Yes, it is true that institution matters in the life of a student and B.Tech from IITs and NITs have a great value because these all are excellent institutes of centre government. Hi Anil,
The eligibility criteria for B.Sc in graphic design in ICAT University is as follows:
1. Candidate must have passed 10+2 in English medium, those who have not studied from English medium should have completed IELTS level 6.
2. Candidates who have completed 3 years of Diploma from a recognized University or Government after 10th can also apply for the course. Hence, you must either complete your 12th standard first, or opt for some 3 year Diploma course.

This is a good score in JEE advance. There are full chances of getting a good IIT. But from my side, I would tell you to give your first preference to your field of interest. Don't just blindly go for top IIT. All the IITs are good. It depends on you how you perform. All the best.
