If you want good NIT, then you should have a score of 200+. If any average NIT then a score of 150+ is safe for mechanical engineering. Try to score maximum marks, it will surely land you up in a reputed well known NIT.
Good Luck.
Hope it helps.

See, first of all, relax. Life is not just about one exam. Move in to next and I will recommend you to go for a college with less fees. Why I am telling this because you can use that money in your MBA. Yes, if you can tactfully invest your 4 years in CAT or IIFT preparation, you can surely get a good MBA college and once you enroll in it, you can expect a good package minimum of 12 LPA.
Best of luck.

Computer Engineering & Electronics Engineering both are related to each other. But, considering the recession scenario, one can say that Computer Engineering is not an evergreen branch while Electronic Engineering is an evergreen branch. Firstly, it depends on your passion, interest & talent which field to opt for. If you are comfortable with electronic circuits, chips & study of physics, ECE is also a good option. Even with ECE, if you have knowledge of computer Science and it will be an additional advantage in getting hired to a good company. So, the choice is yours, you can opt any one as per your desire.

You can opt NIT Warangal, because if you are not having interest in a particular branch, then it is better not to compromise on the college. Moreover, if you opt NIT Warangal, based on your 1st year performance, you will have a chance to slide to core branches.

Universities those offer other degrees along with engineering named their engineering degree as BE (Bachelor of Engineering) and the institutes constituted for only engineering studies named their degree as B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology). BE is Bachelor of Engineering whereas B.Tech is Bachelor of Technology. So both are similar. There is no difference between them. Best of luck.
Thank you.

To get admission in Dyal Singh College for B.Sc (Hons) in chemistry, you need to get a percentage in 80 for OBC category. So, I don't think that you will be able to get admission although it depends on the cut-off.
