HBTU is a government colleges so you can't get admission there via management quota, and as per your rank, your chances are nil for getting admission there, you need to score more than 150 marks in JEE Mains to get there, so look forward for any decent private colleges.
All the best.

As per the last year cut off in the course you asked it went up to 5332 rank. Sorry, but I don't think that you will get admission in this course at MSIT.
Best of luck.
