If you have the resources to study abroad, then nobody ever said it's a bad idea. However, do check options here and if you think college in India are good for Masters and future options, then any day, India is better. On a different note, if advanced courses are offered in other countries and it helps you increase your knowledge base, then you must consider that.

The chances are high if you belong to Odisha state. If you are from All India, then from this year, it is tougher. It's hard to predict because the institute is added to JoSAA for the first time this year, which means there are high chances of high cutoff in All India quota. But the process is same for Odisha domiciled category. So it depends on the quota.
Hope for the best and apply for it.
Thank you
Hope this helps.

Hi,
I would suggest you to give her the space to decide what she would want to pursue instead of forcing or suggesting her a course which she might regret taking later on. Let her decide and choose what she likes to do passionately. Nursing as a course is great but it will not fetch you a good salary. Hotel Management is the best course but it needs lots of dedication to complete. It's a really hardworking job and needs passionate employees. I suggest that after completing graduation in Home Science, she can go for courses like Bachelor's in Home Science, Bachelor's course in Fashion Designing / Textile Designing, Dietetics, Counsellin
