Instrumentation department of VIT-Pune is getting very good placements since last two years. I don't know the placement scenario of IIIT. Branch wise, CSE is better if you're getting it too. But check for placements.

In my opinion, you should opt for mechanical engineering in IIT-Indore because IIT-Indore has experienced mechanical engineering faculty members and good course curriculum.

If you have opted for PCM and don't want to go for engineering, then you can go for B.Sc, B.Sc (Hons.), BJMC (Bachelor of Journalism & Mass Communication), Hotel Management, B.Com(Hons) and BBA followed by MBA.

If you have completed under graduation you can directly apply for MBA with aggregate percentage in UG. If you have no UG certification you should minimum poses a 3 years of experience to pursue MBA in IGNOU.
