For studying marketing management, you have to get admission in an MBA college. For that, you would have to write CAT/XAT/CMAT/SNAP/MAT. Then after scoring a decent enough percentile, you would be facing a Group Discussion/Personal Interview along with certain other selection stages like case study/group activity, etc. If you are really interested in pursuing it then it has a vast scope.

Yes, definitely, you can provided that you have scored a good percentage in the 1st year. Sometimes, it also depends on the college whether they allow or not, but in general, most of the colleges have this provision. Therefore the syllabus of all the branches in the 1st year of B.Tech is same, this is done so that the student can change his/her branch in the 2nd year.
