Both are good.
Pharmacy is an engineering branch so it has more jobs preference than doing B.Sc.
But you must score good marks in competitive examinations to get admission into reputed pharmacy colleges

Yes you can get admission into MBBS courses in Gujurat. But its less predictable that you'll get admission into government medical colleges but surely you can expect a private medical college.
