My suggestion would be to go for IGNOU as it is the best correspondence option for MBA in India. In terms of RoI, government recognition, fee, accessibility and market value IGNOU is good for MBA. Besides that, if you are going to take admission in any other college, make sure that they are recognised by UGC and the course should be approved by AICTE because not all colleges have authority to offer correspondence MBA.

Both are good colleges. SSCBS DU is something that I would recommend because of the exposure that you get in Delhi University. In many of our college competitions, students from SSCBS come and they perform commendably well. In terms of fees as well DU is cheaper. Don't worry. Choose either of them and you won't regret.
All the best.
