RTU (Rajasthan Technical University) is a university in Kota. There are many government colleges in RTU or in different cities of Rajasthan such as Jaipur, Ajmer, Kota, Jodhpur, Bikaner & many more. My advise for you is that you should 1st clear your mind about colleges in which you are willing to take admission.
