Both are not equal in placement. CSE has more demand and better placement than IT but the difference is not big. If you study well and acquire good skills then you can get better jobs but normally CSE people get better jobs.

Yes, you may get admission in MBBS. However, you have to wait for the last cutoffs. Because for SC category, students can achieve marks around 300 but you have some chances to get the admission.
