One of the best approaches while deciding on your subjects/ stream is to opt for or look at doing something that you are good at and would enjoy keeping in mind your personality, aptitude, ability, strengths and career goals.
So make a choice accordingly. Distance education is one good option if you are not willing to discontinue your job.
Besides B.C.A, you can take up B.SC IT or CS, specialization in any of the science subject. So, it is completely your take.
