Hi,
In order to get admission you need to give GRE, IELTS/TOEFL or any other exam as per the university requirement.
It will be difficult to give you the exact GRE score required, as requirement of score depends from course to course. Though GRE average 1200-1300 and TOEFL 85-90+ is usually preferred.

Its not hard to join correspondence course, you have to contact with the center head of institute in which you want to take admission and most of the distance universities have their centers in big cities. But important thing is that you have to make sure that your graduation degree should be from a valid university.
