In order to pursue MBA from AICTE approved institutes and recognized universities you need to have atleast 50% marks in graduation.
As per your profile I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks.
The other option for you would be to work for 2-3 years and then pursue MBA through distance education.

I am glad that you have started taking GATE preparation seriously from 2nd year. It is the best time for one to start preparing for the examination.
In addition to Engineering Mathematics and General Ability, GATE paper in ECE consists of 8 subjects related to electronics. You will learn most of these subjects in 2nd year or 3rd year of Engineering. And you can really secure your seat in IIT if start studying for your university subjects keeping in mind the final goal i.e. GATE exam.
