Hi,
If the program caters to your need and fits in your selection criteria, then you can proceed.
Besides, you should consider parameters such as Faculty, Course Material, Quality Education, Fees, Accreditation, Infrastructure and Placements that define a good and reputed institute.
And for best results, I may suggest you to personally interact with the existing batches and also try reaching alumni for clear and transparent review through testimonials at the website or social networking sites.
The course content, your own expertise and your performance in the interview assures you a good job.

Dear Prashant
Seeing your result I'll recommend that you should reappear in 12th and work hard to get good percentage, believe you me that's not really tough. If you are not interested to do so then you should take admission in some B.Sc program or if u really wanna do B.tech only then you'll only get the admission in some college in UP only which is not in the boundary of Delhi/NCR.
Think twice before acting, after all its not the matter of just one year but of the whole life.
Best of Luck
