You may opt for MBA in Banking and Finance. Good institutes for the same are IIMs, NIBM, SSBM, Welingkar etc. If you already hold an MBA degree, you may make your profile relevant by adding a few certifications like FLIP or CFA.
For better suggestion, do let me know your profile.

Hi,
The eligibility criteria for both M.Phil and Ph.D varies for every institute. However the basic requirement is a masters degree or an equivalent degree in the relevant discipline.
However the cut off percentages vary. Some of the institutes conduct entrance exams and some of them require atleast two research publications for the Ph.D programs.
Some also require work experience of a couple of years, so as per your query, I would suggest you to:
1. Shortlist the universities from where you wish to pursue Phd.
2. Once shortlisted you may then contact the admission department of these universities to know the exact eligibility criteria.

1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, M.Tech etc)
However, as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years and then opt for further studies. The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.

- If you wish to pursue MBA, then this work experience would help you

Well you have good enough profile to work as a project manager. Managing budget is a part of Project management which is showcased by your finance experience. It would be better if you could add some PMI certification like PMP to your profile.
