Mohd, I could tell you that XYZ is one of the best and go read online about it. I could tell you to search the youtube for 'best animation faculty' or 'best animation institute'. However these are only some of the methods of shortlisting. There is no such authentic one list of institutes that i can give you. All institute branches have same curriculum, like all states in India follow the same constitution. By same comparison all state progress differently and after a certain time the gap becomes huge. on the basis of b.tech. mech. apply for job. or side wise prepare for m.tech. Gate exm. if you will qualify the exam you can get admission in govt college.
if you are interested in job.then join part time m.tech. it will give you benefit.
do not join any short term course, join m.tech. it will give more benefit then others.

MCA
M.SC CS/IT
MBA in respective specialization
You should stick by your domain in order to have an added advantage in the competitive market. At the same time, it is very important that you opt for or look at doing something that you are good at and would enjoy keeping in mind your personality, aptitude, ability, strengths and career goals.
