As per your profile, it is highly advisable to opt for :
1) M.Tech if you wish to study the technical aspect of the branch.
OR
2) MBA if you wish to move your career towards management line.
But, as you have shown interest in M.Sc Maths, to be eligible, you need to pass B.Sc in the related field with minimum 50%.

If you do hard work and clear the mains exam,it will be great achievement.the board will evaluate you on your performance in interview and not on basis of your third division in inter.in case little negative mood of board towards your marks,you can explain your reason why you got such low marks.
