All the good and top ranked B-School across the globe requires minimum 3 years of work experience at Assistant Managerial/Managerial level.
Yes its absolutely fine in pursuing Masters in engineering management, as this would be the best option for you, because as you said, you do not have a strong liking towards technical subjects, so in this situatiion MEM- would offer you the right blend of courses i.e. engineering and management, and while pursuing this course your knowledge of what all you have learned during BE, would not go wasted plus you will be shifting your course stream towards management simultaneously.

As you have asked for Amity business School, means you are looking for admission in MBA.
For MBA programs the admission is based on CAT, MAT and GMAT score. for list of MBA programs with Eligibility and MAT score cut off.
If you have not appeared in CAT or MAT or your score is less than the required cut off accepted by Amity, then you can appear for Amity Written Test followed by GD and/or Interview on the day of selection process. This will be applicable to all specialised MBA Programs only.

As you say you are not good with computers. I'ld suggest you MSCIT or CCC course which takes you allconcepts from basics like hardware, internal working to advance like internet, intranet. these cources will introduce you to the big world of computers due to which you can surf on this global network with ease. In these cources you can learn basics of computers, basic applications on computers, MS Office automations,basic netwrking concepts & Internet .
Duration of these courses are just 3 months, after doing this you can take further decision where you would like to excel, which will help you in your future.

Yes sure, you can do B.tech while working. You can join B.tech as part time course.You will be given direct entry to second year of B.tech as you have done with Diploma. It will be a great advantage for you,because you can increase your experience of job and side by side you can do B.tech.After the completion of your B.tech you will be having B.tech degree and 3 years of work experience also.So you will be preffered more by the Companies due to your Work experience.
There are many Universities in India which provides Part time B.tech courses.Some of them are as follows:
1.Indira Gandhi National Open University.
2.Sikkim Manipal
