Hello dear,
You don't need to pursue any course after hotel management as it is sufficient enough. After completing your B.Sc, you can work.
But, if you want to study further, you can go for M.Sc PhD etc. There's no end.

Hi,
With a score of 132 in MHT-CET, getting in a government medical college can be a bit of problem. If you are passionate about doing MBBS course, you can apply for it. There is an online admission process through which you can apply. Moreover, even try and apply to other private colleges if economy is not an issue for you. Also, I would suggest you to apply for other courses such as BDS, BHMS if you need a seat in government college only. All the best.
