As there are many institutions that provide good knowledge in finance, so it becomes difficult to answer that which institute is good or let's say the best.
As IIBF is the institution that is named after India, I would prefer you to do some research over it and then take your final decision.

Hi Puneet,
Rather then feeling helpless, just do a little exercise by writing about your strengths and skills. If you interested in research or education more, M.Sc is the best option. If you are more of a people's person, have good communication and negotiation skills, go for MBA as it's all about management. Furthermore, you may go through the course structure of each course and see what you can relate better as you have to study it for next two years.
In case, you are still confused, talk to a career counselor.

You have plenty of choices and the best would be what you can relate to. Assess your own skill set, interest and abilities first. Take a look at the course structure of each course and then decide. Here is the list for you:
1. MBA
2. CMA
3. M.Com
4. M.A in english or any other language/ journalism/mass media/ copyediting/advertising etc
5. MHM
6. Diplomas in finance/taxes/ accountancy/ law etc.
