You can check the subjects of B.Sc in the link I have described below:
https://www.amity.edu/mumbai/bsc-it
The strength of the students varies each year. Last year, I reckon it was around 50 students (approx). The teachers are great at B.Sc. They are very caring and empathize the students. They are pretty strict about completing the assignments and practicals.

As you want to study after B.Tech, you have two options of M.Tech or MBA in higher studies. Both M.Tech and MBA are good career options after engineering graduation degree. M.Tech will make you a specialist in chosen field and you can make career as a technologist. You may seek admission in M.Tech if you are technically inclined. If you are not technically inclined then you may opt for MBA and become a generalist. Currently, scope of MBA is wider but slowly industry has started paying good salaries to technologist also.

Harvard is the best option. But if I ever have a situation like this then I will choose IIT because only India is producing quality engineers every year more than any country. So there should be some reason behind why all the big companies hire IITians and Indians at good posts.
Just think about this as well while making any decision.
