First of all you have to decide in which stream you want to pursue your MBA in? whether it is HR, Banking & Finance, Management etc. Also as you have mentioned that your Percentage is between 50- 60% it is enough to get an admission in most of the good institute available like Symbiosis. Both are good in their respective fields. If you want to continue your further studies in computer science and application, then MCA is the best option. But if you prefer going for corporate and business sector, then MBA is your best option.
