You must first check the entry requirements of different universities and thereafter decide where to study, You have to take IELTS or TOEFL for English language requirements. Other tests Iike ACT or SAT is also required and depends on where you want to study. Scholarships are on merit, the better your profile and application, your percentage, etc. better are the chances.These scholarships are also given by the universities itself. Hello Vishal,
Foreign engineering colleges (mainly US) ask for SAT exam (Standardized Test) along with TOEFL exam scores to allocate seats to foreign students. Similarly, for post-graduation, you need to take GRE and TOEFL respectively. These exams depend on the area where you want to take admission, Europe, US or UK. The scores vary for different institutes.
