You have to first check admission requirements on university websites since they are different. Top ones like Oxford, Cambridge are highly competitive. As for the tests, you have to take the IELTS to meet English language proficiency requirements. For M.Sc level courses, an overall score of 6.5 is recommended.

No, one cannot pursue M.Tech directly after BCA. They could go for MCA after graduating from BCA and then after pursuing MCA they can opt for M.Tech.

No, you cannot. The eligibility is to have completed a Bachelors degree but you can give the GATE during your last semester exam that is during your final year of engineering.
