If you are looking Civil Service Examination, to sit for these Examination you need to have graduation from a recognized University. Civil service Examination is divided into two parts one is preliminary & second is Final Examination. If you are able to clear both the examination and the interview it opens the doors of all the public sector units for you. Civil Services provide you really bright career opportunities provide you are able to crack the examination and the interview well. There is no separate fee structure you just need to purchase a form which has a nominal fee of Rs. 100/-

With a diploma in Computer (if in Engineering), you should try to opt for the degree course in engineering through the lateral entry scheme. Also if it is not an engineering diploma, yet I would advise you to first complete your graduation and can take up the above mentioned courses along with your graduation as well because these are certified courses and usually of short duration.
As for the courses mentioned by you, all are of different objective and cater to a different career segments. In animation, one requires a good blend of creativity and a good hand at drawing and sketching. Animation is a booming industry and offers bright career opportunities.
