Since the medium of instruction in the international degree programmes is mainly english,you are not expected to have German language skills.Instead a proof of proficiency in english ,like IELTSor TOEFL,is often required.Neverthless the basic knowledge of german language will help u to interact with german students an to find a job.

If you are trying to get admission in some good universities then your percentage in graduation must be above 60% if you want to take admission easily , however university ask for the percentage as per the program kindly let me know in which course you are interested so that i can help you with the exact details. Ideally above 60% is good and safe to take an admission .

Since u completed ur b.com u need not to appear for foundation course in icwa.You are directly eligible for the icwa-inter.In inter revised syllabus comprises 2 modules in group 1 (3 papers per group).In the final stage again you have 2 modules (both 4 papers).3 years practical training will fetch u membership from icwai.
