Its good that you have Chosen your MBA specialization in Retail management as I know that Retail as to really boom in India with bigger players like Walmart and Reliance Retail coming for recruitments and offering good packages.
Inorder to work with a Bank you need to have good Finance Skills and so your choice should include both of these.

Mostly working class people joined correspondence course those who are not able to attend the collage, so if you are try for MCA course so syllabus is totally same for correspondence level but here you will not get so much of practical knowledge which you will get in regular mode.
If you have work experience so you can try for correspondence so you will get job experience also, but if you are fresher so i suggest you try for the regular
