HI,You have background b.sc ,then you doing M.sc it is best for your career.At a time in master are required that by company mostly MCA,MBA,M.sc M. sc IT in Master degree and also very demanded in many company.Few student are doing B.sc after MCA and MBA.Because at a time this course are strong in IT field and very high demanded in large company.And more change field,so i m say that if you are make career,then you doing M sc,Either wise MCA or MBA.

As Interior decoration is a skill oriented course there is no mandatory prerequisite to go for this program. However, the qualities which one requires to become a successful interior decorator are a creative bent of mind, great visualization, dynamic, and enterprising and has flair to project his ideas, thoughts, observation. Anyone with these qualities can be successful interior decorator.
Although the opportunities are huge but success will not come instantly, you will need to work hard during the initial years to get some recognition. If you do that and you are intrinsically good at decoration, you will surely shine

I would answer your question in points:
1) The brand value of the university's degree will be the same. For example: if you pursue MBA from HULT dubai or HULT London or HULT Shanghai or HULT Boston, or HULT San Francisco, the value of the degree will be more or less the same.
2) Quality of education will differ even though the curriculum would be almost the same. Example: Hult faculty in the boston campus are mostly PHD's whereas in the Dubai campus, not most of the faculty are PHD's. To conclude this point, faculty makes a difference and that's exactly how the quality of education will differ.
3) Placements will be different in different locations. The more number of companies near the campus, the better would be the placements. Also, due to recession, placements 2 years back in the London campus of HULT were not really good(even though the overall placements were fine) whereas placements in the Boston campus were remarkable.
4) International Exposure would be different. Example: In the dubai campus, majority of the students would be Sheikhs and mostly from Asia where the Boston campus would have American students in majority.
