There is no percentile cut-off or weightage allotted to CAT/XAT etc. It is simply an eligibility criteria to appear for MICAT.

Hi,
Generally, migration is possible in the first year and that too within the university from one college to another. Migrating from one university to another university is not possible.
It would be advisable to contact the officials of both the colleges for specific migration norms as it differs from one college to another.
