Business Management and Human Resource Management both are very different functional domains. The scope is good for both and so are the placements. The placement will vary from institute to institute. Business Management gives you an option to specialize in General Management, Finance, Marketing, Strategy, Operations, IT etc and you have many employment opportunities. On the other hand Human Resource Management teaches you Organisational Behaviour and HR and you will get placed in the HR department of the firms.
