Hi Dinesh, there are many ways to check the same,
First check if university which has issued the degree is not a fake (Visit UGC site for this)
If the college is affiliated to any university, approach the university registrar to find the validity.
Talk & try to find out from earlier students from the same institute.
Search on the net, you get many info about the institutions like reviews, student's experience etc.
Wish you all the very best.
