You can join coaching institutes like TIME, CPLC, IMS. You need to devote at least 6 hours daily for preparation and maximum mock tests needs to be given before CAT exam in November so you get good practice.

If you want to pursue computer science, then you will get job in private sector only. There is very less chance to get job in government sector. If you opt ME, then vacancies by government are higher than Electrical engineering. So, you can decide based on your interest or on conditions of availability of jobs in particular branch.
