MBA graduates draw better salaries in comparison to CS graduates unless you have done CS from top engineering colleges like IITs or BITS. CS graduates life time earning may be similar or more to MBA because of earning in foreign dollars during onsite assignments.

With B.Sc, you can get job in only small and medium IT companies as junior developer or tester at lower salary. MCA, B.Tech with CS or M.Sc with CS are standard educational qualification for entry into top IT companies. Unless you have personal reasons, you are advised to do MCA or M.Sc CS before taking up a job. If you want to be a systems developer then do M.Sc else do MCA.
