As Shiksha is an Education portal which believes in giving unbiased guidance, it would be unfair on my part to give my personal opinion. However, if you are talking about ICFAI Business School the best one of all the branches is Hyderabad as that is the main branch where head office is located.
I would like to add here that while choosing an institute few of the things which you should keep in mind are: First & foremost check the course curriculum (whether the institute offer the kind of program you are looking for), then faculty (there educational background), Infrastructure, & Institutes placements (if they have a placement Institute or not and the kind of companies coming on campus for placements) and last but not least the recognition of the Institute i.e., the institute should be either AICTE or UGC approved. Also if possible go and visit their campus and try and talk with few of the current students of the program you are going to enroll for.
