American universities do not award or recognize the MBBS.
In the US medical studies are only done at the graduate level. Undergraduate students complete BS degrees in chemistry, biochemsitry, biology or other science related fields, then take a difficult examination, the MCAT, and apply for admission to Medical schools that require four years of graduate study and award the MD or DO degree. Admission to med school is very competitive - you must have a 3.6 / 4.0 or better average in a series of difficult science courses to be admitted. Also, there are very few scholarships for medical students, so most students must pay the fees, which can be $50,000 USD per year or more for each of the four years.

As you are interested in pursuin Masters in Automobile, then I would suggest that Germany would be the best destination as the country known for its technical advancements specially automobile. So, pursuing a course in automobile will surely be beneficial for you.
Eligibility:
In order to pursue masters from Germany, you need to have 16 years of education as most of the universities ask o for it.
For admission you might have to give GRE, IELTS/TOEFL or any other exam as required by the university.

Although, the scope of any program would largely depend on the personal caliber of an Individual and capacity to perform but, as far as CDAC programmes are concerned they do have a good standing in the job market and you being a B.Tech graduate can really benefit through this training to a great extent provided you perform well on the program and are able to utilize your knowledge at the time of Job Placements. CDAC being an R& D centre for Department of Information technology has good standing in the job market as well. So you can definitely go ahead.
The objective of this course is to enable the student to understand the concepts of network security and learn the techniques of detecting the attacks and securing a network from internal and outside attacks.
