Before opting for a masters program, you should decide in which fields you you wish to pursue your career ahead, and then opt for the masters program accordingly.
You should opt for the program, as per your interest and liking, you should simply not pursue a masters course just for the sake of pursuing masters degree.

If you already have shifted to operations and got good experience in the same then why you want to switch back? If you are not satisfied with the field you are in then yes, you can go ahead and get SAS training. You can even look at SAP certifications.
