Hi Clive,
For Institute level seats, please call up the college once the CAP rounds start to know about the current year's process. Last year (2016), applications were taken telephonically once the MHCET results were declared and candidates were notified by the college of their interview details and procedures. However, to be on the safer side you should keep checking with the college then.

Both the colleges have their own identity. But if you will compare with their course curriculum, faculty members and r placements. FOSTIIMA is far better. Even, if you compare with fact and figure FOSTIIMA has higher ROI and average placement and also its getting improved year on year.
