There is no upper limit on age for PGP. If you wish to gain knowledge, then IIM A is the best place to be. I know personally people who have 10+ years of experience with 2 kids, as well as students freshly out of college. IIM A provides you that diversity.

Scope and opportunities for BCA graduates are very less and lower in position and salaries in comparison to B.Tech CSE graduates. BCA graduates get job opportunities like a developer, tester, and operators in SMEs only. B.Tech CSE graduates are hired by top MNCs and large IT companies. BCA graduates have to plan education up to MCA for a meaningful career in the IT and ITES industries.

Hi Mohit,
New Zealand is one of the best countries for higher education including MBA. But for MBA programs institutes in New Zealand requires work experience. Students without work experience are recommended to enrol into PG Diploma programs in Business, gain some work experience and then seek entry into the MBA. Or you gain some experience in India and then apply.
