You need to complete Master's in order to pursue Ph.D. If you are very much interested in the subject and want deep knowledge and looking for some research based work then Ph.D is a good option. Mainly, teaching and research work profiles are suited after Ph.D.

It is mostly about the universities rather than the country as a whole. You have to contact the universities directly. Email them or call them and ask them if your degree will be accepted. Different universities will have different answers.

If you complete your MBA from top ranked one, its a good idea. You will have plenty of opportunities outside USA and this is the scenario. Surveys are showing that toppers (Indians) from top ranked universities like Kellogg and Carnegie Mellon too are seeking and getting jobs in other countries like Australia, Switzerland, etc. The idea of an MBA and then working in US is only a matter of luck. In terms of value, yes, your degree will be valued globally.
