Hi,
You can look at jobs in the government sector in the administrative fields. This would be through the UPSC examination in India.
Also if you are interested in teaching, then you may sit for U.G.C NET.
To settle down in research, go for M.Phil followed by PhD.
In the private sector, you may choose some options in the administrative sections of companies.
So depending on your interests and career aspirations, you may choose any of these jobs.

Transfer is possible within the university from one college to another.

As per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your graduation and then opt for general MBA program from universities abroad as it will further enhance your career prospects.
