Hi Omkar,
Diplomas are not accepted in Germany. You can enrol into a Bachelor's degree in India and complete only the first year with very good grades and then apply to German universities. Or, you clear the IIT JEE advance and apply.

There is no MCA degree abroad. It is only awarded by Indian universities. You can opt for MS in CS or any field of your interest such as MIS, Animation, Software Engineering, Graphics etc. Take your IELTS or TOEFL. Exact requirements can be mentioned if you are sure about the country, requirements vary accordingly.
