If you are interested in technical than go for M.Tech. M.Tech from IITs will be very valuable, scoring good in GATE will open job offers in PSUs too. If you want to pursue Management and move in business field than go for MBA. Score > 90 percentile will be opens opportunity for you to get in to top B-Schools of India.
