You are not eligible to do after 10th class. You are eligible for Engineering degree after 10+2 in PCM subjects. However, you can do Diploma in Engineering after 10th class in subject of your choice.

If you are having science stream, I would recommend you to do your IIT coaching in this class as the marks of this class doesn't matter and you can focus more on this in this class than in 12th.
