Advisable would be that you go for a full time MBA Programme through a decent University/ Institute as it not only gives a better practical exposure and develop your soft skills but also get you the best of job opportunities.
For getting into a good B-School you need to appear for various Entrance Examinations like CAT, MAT etc. To sit for these entrance examinations you need to have a Graduate Degree with 50% and above percentage from recognized University. After clear your Entrance Examination you need to clear GD/PI to finally get admission in the programme.
