Germany is a country known for its technical advancements and pursuing a Masters degree in Computer science will surely be beneficial for you.
Now as you have mentioned free education, I would like to say that education in Germany is govt. funded so you have to give a very minimal fee.
Few good institutes that might interest you are Technische Universitt Mnchen (University), Braunschweig University of Technology, Technische Universitt Mnchen (University), Kiel University of Applied Sciences, University of Paderborn, etc.
For admission you might have to give GRE and IELTS / TOEFL as per the university requirements.

You should work for another year or 2 and then apply for MBA because MBA from a good universities requires the student to have atleast 3-4 years of Full Time work experience. It is recommended that you work for another year or 2. Let me know your thoughts on this.

In order to be eligible for MBBS at Harvard, you have to fulfill the following admission requirements:* Academic Records - Atleast 85% and above in PCB in class 12th.* Applicant's essay * Medical College Admission Test scores* Extracurricular activities* Summer Occupations* Life experiences* Experience in the health field, including research or community work* Letters of evaluation
To qualify for Btech in Harvard, you need atlest 85% and above in PCM, and atleast 2100+ in SAT

What I feel that you should give one more sincere try to CAT, if you get a high score this time you can apply to various decent B-Schools. If you dont want to go for CAT again then there are various Post graduate Diploma programmes of one year which you can opt for through the institutes like IIBF, NIIT IFBI etc. simultaneously you can upload your resume at various popular job sites like Naukri.com.
