Hi Satnam, you should first go for BA/BS LLB then go for masters abroad for a LLM in corporate law. Unless you want to settle in Australia and do not want to practise in India. As the law degree from other countries is not recognised in India it could be difficult if you do bachleors in law from abroad. Or else you need to go to only those that are accepted by the Bar council of India. Among Australian degrees in law BCI recognises only Ll. B. Degree Of University Of Melbourne.
You need to begin application process accordingly. Classes in Australia commence in Jan/Feb and July. It takes about 6 months for the entire process of applicati

Hi Ansad, to pursue PhD you need to first prepare your research proposal and send it to the university. The research proposal must include a summary of the proposal and then the proposal in detail. You need to write the topic, reason for doing research, how the research will be beneficial to the community and the university, what is the different thing you are doing that hasn't been undertaken earlier. If the university accepts your proposal you will be asked to send in your documents after which you will get the offer letter. Then meeting all the requirements you can begin with the visa process. To approach a University you must conta

Hi Kishan, inter is class 12. So after completing class 12 you can take admission for a Bachelors course abroad. As Indian class 12 is not considered equivalent with German class 12 students need to either complete first year of Bachelors in India or appear for an entrance exam conducted by German Universities. Hence the degree gets elongated. So in my opinion, you should complete Bachelors from India then you can think of going to Germany for MAsters. Or you can go to countries like UK where Bachelors is only 3 yrs in duration and Indian class is very much considered equal.

I did my MBA in Shipping and Logistics in Amet University Chennai. If tou wish to have a complete knowledge about the Industry, you are most welcomed to do this course anywhere, but i personally recommend Amet's MBA (correspondence) in association with TNOU. Since the university is gonna start its 13th batch of MBA shipping and Logistics in 2011, you can easily expect and imagine the course content and its possible intensity towards it. But seriously speaking, I'm unaware if IILS and its certification. Consult the industry insiders on your part and make a wise decision towards your valuable investment of Time and Money.
